If your device is a lightning port like iPhone 7, 8, x, xs, or newer models, you need to prepare additional lightning to 3.5mm adapter(Not included). And please see the instructions below:
Plug the Lightning to 3.5mm Adapter Cord into the phone, then plug the 3.5mm Y type cord into the lightning to 3.5mm adapter, and finally insert the microphone plug into the 3.5mm Y type cord (red cord) and insert the headphone plug into the 3.5mm Y type cord( green cord)

US orders (48 states only) are generally shipped with USPS, but may also be shipped with UPS.
