The NOTE Before Using
NOTE 1: The item is just for collecting sound, you will still need another device to make it work.
Such as you can use the speaker to amplify and output the sound. And you also can use smartphone,
computer or camera to record the sound.
NOTE 2: The recording devices such as smartphones can't output the sound.
General smart devices are only used for sound recording or video recording.
You will can not listen the real-time audio when you are recording or live stream.
NOTE 3: For the better sound, the power of speaker or PA system that you use should be above 100W.
NOTE 4: For laptop and PC, you will need one USB sound card with two 3.5mm jack (include headphone jack and microphone jack), the USB adapter is not included.
How to Record on Smartphones
1. Audio Recording
Use the built-in Recorder app or other recorder app to record audio by the splitter.
2. Video Recording For Android Phone -- You can download the Open Camera app from play market.
This app support external microphone by using the splitter.
Setting Steps: Open the Open Camera app -- click Settings on the upper right corner -- Video Settings -- Audio Source -- External Mic (If Present)
For IPhones -- Just use the camera that built-in the phone, it can support external microphone.
When the recording finish, you can use headphone to listen the audio that keep the splitter pulg in. Or unplug the splitter and use the phone's speaker to play audio.
***Why No sound***
1. Match failed. Please check the indicator light, the transmitter and receiver need to rematch if it keeps flashing.
2. The battery may be running out of power. Please fully charge before using.
3. The smartphones and tablet can't output the sound when you record. You will can not listen the real-time audio when you are recording even you use the headphone. When the recording finish, you can use headphone to listen the audio that keep the splitter pulg in. Or unplug the splitter and use the phone's speaker to play audio.
4. For speakers and other PA devices, the device power is less than 100W. The microphone is not suitable for devices with less than 100W power.And please use the “MIC” socket not “AUX” socket.
5. Please refer to the above guide to choose the appropriate adapter according to your actual situation.
6. Please turn up the volume level on the transmitter.

***Indicator lights flash*** Match failed. Please turn off the transmitter & receiver, then turn on them simultaneously. The indicator light changes from flashing to blue light after a successful match, you can use it.
***No sound***1. Match failed. Please check the indicator light, the transmitter & receiver need to rematch if it keeps flashing.
2. The battery may be running out of power. Please fully charge before using.
3. For smartphone and computer, please use the Y splitter and headphones to monitor real-time audio. Or you can unplug the microphone from your phone and press “play” to listen to your recording.
4. For speakers and other PA devices, please use the “MIC” socket not “AUX” socket and not suitable for device power is less than 15W
***Faint voice *** 1. Wrong way to wear. Make sure there is nothing to cover the mic condenser. Keep the mic away from the sound source about 8-10inchs
2. Check the volume setting. You can increase the volume of the transmitter and device.
3. The device power is too low (below 100W), such as the Bluetooth speaker with the AUX input.
***Noise***
1.Please check if there is a strong magnetic field or sound waves or wireless interference.
2.The mic didn't wear the windscreen foam. Plz use the supplied windscreen foams, which can effectively minimize wind noise and vocal plosives.
***Howling***
1. Please check the position of the speaker. Do not point the microphone directly at the speaker. 2.Try turning off the reverb and turning down the volume.
***Intermittent sound***
1. The battery may be running out of power. Please fully charge before using 2. Please check if there is strong Wi-Fi signal interference around.
